LIFECHURCH is deeply-rooted in its support of mission work. We have several missionaries that are located in various places, all around the world, who are sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through loving and caring for people of all nations, tribes, and tongues right where they live.

Jack and Sherry have been part of LIFECHURCH since its beginning. In the early days of the church they were on the pastoral staff and led the Youth, Singles, Bible School and Missions departments. In 1985 they moved to India where they held crusades and planted churches. In 1987 they started All India Ministers Fellowship which eventually grew to 6000 pastors. They have lived with their family in India and Malaysia and presently live in St. Louis.
In 1987 they founded of Global Messenger Service, a missions organization focused on empowering leaders to be effective in reaching their cities with the gospel. They have established children's homes, clinics, and a full service hospital in a remote area in India. They have provided food, vitamins, and medical treatment to over six thousand pastors and their families in India. Each month they distributed tons of rice and other staples. Tsunamis, hurricanes, and floods have allowed them to distribute tons and tons of food and aid.
Jack and his Sherry have held hundreds of open air crusades in India, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, Poland and Germany. They have planted over two hundred churches and provided cars, vans, motorcycles, sound systems, and hundreds of thousands of books, concordances and study materials for leaders in more than fifty nations. They have established International School of Ministries Bible colleges in India, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. At least 20,000 students have attended these schools.
Jack and Sherry have ministered face to face to over 135,000 pastors in seminars and conferences. Jack has a mandate to empower pastors and help them reach their cities and nations. They have also mentored more than 50 missionaries and help them reach the world.

Steve and Carolyn minister in Asia. Steve and Carolyn have been members of life for over 20 years. After living in India for 12 years they have relocated to Penang, Malaysia in 2010. Steve has authored several books that are used to train and help "house church" leaders in India and Sri Lanka. They have been instrumental in training thousands of "House Church" leaders. They often travel to India where they sponsor a Girl's Home and Bible School in Dharmapuri, India. They plan to send out 10 leaders this year to plant churches in unreached areas. They host teams from the US that perform youth ministry, conduct crusades, leper ministry, and fine arts to communicate the gospel.

Dan and Cindy work in Central America. They have been part of Life Church for over 25 years and have served as missionaries in Central America since 1983. They have lived in the San Jose, Costa Rica area where they raised their family. They have held many crusades and also seminars for pastors. They plant churches and have several locations of the International School of Ministries bible school. They recently provided school supplies to needy families. They work with the Casa de Oracion and have feeding programs in Nicaragua. In the past few years they have ministered in most of the major prisons in Central America and some Caribbean nations. They plan to help make the International School of Ministry available to the prisons of Central America to help disciple believers behind bars. Each year they host several short term trips helping other experience what it means to love a nation. Rolando and Holly Herrera minister in Costa Rica. Holly moved to Costa Rica as a young girl and the daughter of missionaries Dan and Cindy Salas. Holly and her husband Rolando lead a youth ministry and have an instrumental role in their local church. Their goal is to communicate hope to people by providing help with natural disasters (like the earthquake in 2010) and conducting crusades and practical outreaches. In 2010 they served 5500 plates of food. They also served the Cebcar Indians in Talamanca Costa Rica. They have 3 young boys.

Mike & Becky Kuelker minister in Mexico. Mike and Becky are long time members of Life Church and when they made the commitment to be missionaries they attended Kings Way Bible and Language school and they also graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas Texas. They live and minister in Tepic, Nayarit Mexico. They hold crusades and have seen people healed and set free from demons. Help the Huichol Indians know the gospel. Help bring a printed Bible to the Huichol Indians. Host Short Term Missions that support churches, orphanages in their area. They have been married 30 years and have 3 children. They have served on the mission field for 13 years.

Tim and Karol Svoboda have been in Youth With a Mission since 1975 serving 25 of those years in India and currently are City Coordinators for YWAM San Francisco and the Bay Area. LIFECHURCH has been partners with them since 1991! Tim is the International Urban missions Director for YWAM. In Chennai, India they developed a decentralized movement of 17 focused teams that live incarnationally and reach out to many sectors of society from the very poor to upper middle class. His heart and focus is to develop leaders and give them the platform to fulfill the vision and calling on their hearts and see effective ministries planted in the cities of our world. Karol's heart and focus is children and families. In India she did ongoing homecare/teachers training with care givers and teachers working with children at risk. She also worked closely with families particularly in the area of parenting. They have ongoing connection with India as Tim is the India professor of Bakke Graduate University where he got his DMin in 2007.
Tim and Karol now live in San Francisco giving leadership to the ministry of YWAM and around the world in cities. They live in the Tenderloin-known for its homeless, drug/alcohol addiction and large number of immigrant families. They have a staff of 30 people ranging in age from 19 to 62 years old. They are overseeing a variety of ministries working with the homeless, immigrant community, women at risk, the upper class, Discipleship Training Schools, leadership development and pastoral care of our staff. They are planted in the community in order to see people come to Jesus and the Kingdom of God multiplied. Their vision is to reach into different layers of society in San Francisco and the Bay Area with the gospel. With the diversity of peoples that live there, the world is at their doorstep. They have 3 grown children-Sonya who is working with refugees in Seattle, Ana and her husband Biju are working in Kolkata, India with women in the Red Light district and Paul in Raleigh, NC as an environmental designer for Epic Games.

Kris has been ministering in China for the past 12 years. She has taught English as a second language at different universities. She has ministered to her students, former classmates and their family and friends. Kris and Robert got married June 26 last year. They are expecting a baby the end of November.
Kris got involved with missions through Teen Mania when she was 16 and spent every summer ministering in different countries including Venezuela, Albania, India, Mexico, Africa and China three different summers before she graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Master's in Teaching English as a Second Language. She has been living in China for the past 12 years after graduating from ORU. She speaks and writes Mandarin fluently. Robert majored in English at his Chinese University.
